FIX-n-Flips
From 65-85% of the ARV minus the repair costs, Big acquires property from lien and title holders. While we personally fix-n-flip in Arizona and California, our hedge fund partners flip nationwide.

Creative Financing
Through various methods including Subto, owner financing, and executory agreements we offer up to 50% down on properties in many cases.

Section 8
We acquire Section 8, Housing Choice Voucher Program, targeted properties in various cities across the US that require minimal rehab.

Storage Facilities
Our Hedge fund partners acquire self-storage facilities because they offer stable, recession-resistant income streams and relatively low operational costs, making them attractive investments for diversifying portfolios.

Commercial Space
With consideration to the market, we acquire commercial office space of all sizes. We aim to acquire commercial properties in cities and metropolitan areas with greater than 1 million residents. Stable cash flow and or low ARV purchase points are items we look for in these acquisitions.

Multi-Family Apartments
(5+ unit), With stable cash flow, whether it's a fix-n-flip, or a tired landlord, from 65-85% of the ARV minus the repair costs, Big acquires property from lien and title holders.
